Meeting Details: The Penrith Local Planning Panel will meet to determine the following:

Attending the Meeting: Any persons wishing to attend the meeting or address the Panel must register by completing the online Register to Attend / Speak form by 4.00pm Monday prior to the meeting. Any person intending to access the meeting remotely must also complete the Register to Attend / Speak online form to confirm your details. A meeting invitation with zoom log in details will be provided 24-48 hours before the scheduled meeting date.

Notice of Recording: Any person joining the online meeting are informed that the meeting will be audio recorded, and a copy of that recording will be made publicly available following the meeting.

Meeting Documentation: Copies of the assessment report and relevant documentation will be made available on Council’s website from the Thursday after the meeting. These documents will appear in the Past Meetings page under the relevant meeting date.
