Pay your rates, track a DA, make an online application – or use our Online Services Portal to lodge requests and report problems for services such as waste collection and road maintenance.
Apply online for Outstanding Notices, 10.7(2), 10.7(5) and 603 Certificates, vegetation clearing and tree removal for non-urban areas (including more than five trees), and driveway applications.
If a barking dog in your neighbourhood is causing a problem for you, try talking to the dog owner first if possible. You can lodge a complaint with Council using our Community or Neighbour Disputes and Grievances form. To help us investigate and help resolve the problem, we'll ask you to fill in a Barking Dog Diary.
Online Services Portal
Use our Online Services Portal to report a problem or lodge a request, anytime and anywhere. The system is directly integrated with our Customer Experience team, which means your requests are actioned faster. We recommend you create an account so you can always see a record of the requests and questions you’ve asked us and track their progress. You can lodge a request as a guest if you choose, however some services such as bulky waste collection will prompt you to sign in before proceeding.
Here are some handy hints for using the Online Services portal.
Report graffiti or syringes or request litter removal from public land. Request maintenance of Council-owned carparks, building, fencing, furniture, playground and fitness equipment; or maintenance of plumbing and drains on public land.
Use our ‘Report a problem’ form to tell us about any other problems that don’t fit the categories listed on this page.
It may be that the matter you’re enquiring about sits with another organisation for looking into. For example, Council does not maintain street lights – this is the responsibility of Endeavour Energy. We will do our best to point you in the right direction but it helps if you supply as much information as you can when filling out the ‘Report a problem’ form.
Penrith City Council does not tolerate any form of harassment or threatening behaviour, including verbal abuse and offensive language, no response will be provided if customers choose to behave in this manner.
