Yoga for Mental Health and Wellbeing

Join Suzanne from Glenbrook Yoga for a special yoga class for Mental Health Month!

This gentle and restorative practice is designed to help reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and support overall mental wellness.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and find calm through movement and meditation.

There are two back-to-back sessions of this workshop at 11:30am and 1:00pm. Please only book one session. Tickets are $5 per person. Register for a yoga session

This program is designed for adults and students aged 16 years and older.

Suzanne Ellis is a fully qualified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, naturopath, nutritionist, somatic exercise yoga coach and meditation teacher.
