Join a free Zoom workshop to find out about the help that’s at hand.

Did you know there’s a whole range of help you can access so you can continue to live an active and independent life at home?

Council on the Ageing (COTA) NSW’s free workshop is open to anyone aged over 65, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people aged over 50, family and carers of older people, and others in special circumstances.

Supported by Council, the workshop will guide you through your options, from help with shopping, housework, cooking, gardening and getting to medical appointments to modifying your home to improve safety and moving around. Personal care is also available for people who need help to bathe, dress and get in and out of bed.

There will also be time to ask questions and share experiences in this welcoming and social online space.

To find out more or register for the workshop email or call 0428 745 987.

If you need help accessing Zoom, contact Leep on 1300 163 106 and they will match you with a Tech Mate.
