Clear your mind and enjoy an hour of yoga! It may be just what you need! Suzanne Ellis guides teens in yoga poses that helps get you out of your head, connecting to your body and feeling relaxed, destressed and balanced in lockdown.

The session is suitable for 13-17 year-olds.

This yoga session is helpful for teens to put focus on themselves especially moving into exam times. Wear comfortable loose clothing. A yoga mat is not essential for the session.
