Habitat Restoration: Mountain View Reserve Event

Get your hands dirty with a fun day out weeding with this great event.

Join our Bushcare team and Conservation Volunteers Australia (CVA) on at Mountain View Reserve in Cranebrook for a great day of weeding.

Learn about the abundance of rare plants and animals which call Mountain View Reserve home. You’ll be removing invasive weeds such as African Love Grass and Bridal Creeper.

We'll also be joined by a special guest from Avianation who will be talking to us about what species of birds call the reserve home. We'll be seeing if we can spot any of these birds while we're at the reserve. All equipment will be provided; binoculars are not required, but you're welcome to bring a pair along. We'll also be undertaking a bird survey, and each participant will receive a photographic bird guide.

The event will be catered and include light refreshments.

Bookings are essential. Search for “Mountain View Reserve” and register at CVA’s events
