Join Penrith City Libraries for their last author talk of the year! Richard Glover will discuss his new book, 'Best Wishes'. This funny, new book from the much loved and eternally hopeful author of 'The Land Before Avocado' and 'Flesh Wounds' will send you into the silly season with a smile.
