Did you know that 7 in 10 cars are stolen with their own keys? Offenders sneak into homes through unlocked doors and windows to access keys. It's called 'Sneak Theft'. There are some simple steps you can take to stop them -

POP keys out of sight.

LOCK all doors and windows and ensure everyone in the home is doing the same.

STOP sneak theft.

Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions: 

• Employees of Penrith City Council are excluded from entering the competition.

• Entries open at 9am on Monday 24 May 2021 and close at 5pm on Sunday 4 July 2021.

• There is a total of 50 prizes on offer. The winning entries will be chosen at random by Council on Monday 5 July 2021. Prizes are limited to one per entrant. 

• Council will notify the winning entrant on via phone or email by Wednesday 7 July 2021.

• Winners must be Penrith residents and proof of residency will be required upon receiving the prize.

• Council is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of the competition or use of prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

• One entry per person only.

• Council in no way sponsors or endorses the suppliers of prizes.
