The Multicultural Working Party provides advice and actively works on initiatives with Council to deliver the Multicultural Action Plan 2024-2027 and other initiatives that make Penrith a welcoming, inclusive and cohesive community where cultural diversity is valued and people of all cultures and faiths can belong and thrive.

Membership applications for the Multicultural Working Party 2026–2027 term will be opening week commencing Monday 26 January 2026.

We encourage people from different ages, from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds and gender and sexually diverse people to apply.
