ClubGRANTS

What is Penrith ClubGRANTS?

Penrith ClubGRANTS is a Category 1 community funding program supported by local registered clubs and coordinated by Penrith City Council. Through this program, clubs with gaming machine profits exceeding $1 million may access a 1.85% tax rebate, which is then directed toward grants for eligible not-for-profit organisations, schools, and local government agencies that hold an ABN.
Funded initiatives must contribute to areas such as community welfare and social support services, community development, health-related services, or programs that improve employment opportunities. Each year, priority focus areas are identified to respond to both current and emerging needs within the Penrith Local Government Area. Applications that strongly align with these priorities are given greater consideration during assessment. Details of the 2026 priority areas are available in this year’s program guidelines.

How much funding can I apply for?
Because this funding is determined by annual revenue, the total pool varies each year, and there is no maximum limit on the amount organisations may apply for.
