Industrial Warehouse proposed for Kemps Creek

Altis Property Group have submitted a development application to Council for a $15 million industrial warehouse in Kemps Creek.
The site is over 38,000 sqm in size and sits within the Mamre Road Precinct, which was recently rezoned by the NSW Government. The Precinct is expected to deliver 850 hectares of industrial land and 17,000 ongoing jobs when fully developed.
In the plans submitted to Council, Altis propose to deliver a 5-star Green Star corporate-grade industrial warehouse and distribution facility.
The assessment process is underway.
