High-end Penrith business park nears completion

Waterside Business Park is on track to open in 2020.

The multi-million project in North Penrith is set to deliver a total of 14 industrial units. Waterside Business Park will offer both standalone units and a gated estate complete with conference rooms and a café. The project will be completed in two stages; the first in June and the second in September.

Penrith Made business Western Sydney Constructions is the company behind the project; having overseen it from concept through to construction. Company Directors Adam Tolhurst and Jason Franks have been determined to deliver a business park with high quality finishes to suit such a prestige site; Jason said "With high visibility from one of Penrith’s major arterial roads, we wanted to make something that was not just functional but looked appealing too". Adam added "we’ve already received interest from several businesses looking to take advantage of the Park’s proximity to the International Regatta Centre".

One business that has already confirmed its move to Waterside Business Park is StoreLocal. Penrith will be the national self-storage company’s first Sydney location; offering a mix of enterprise and personal storage solutions. StoreLocal has an established presence across five Australian states already and this latest move points to the strong potential in Penrith New West.

The industrial lands around Waterside Business Park are also transforming. Construction is underway for a multi-use site next door that will service the health and other essential needs of the booming Penrith population. Additionally, Sandran Property Group have increased their landholdings in Penrith New West with the recent purchase of a manufacturing facility opposite Waterside Business Park for $17 million. This move follows recent announcements about Nepean Business Park.
