Integrated housing proposal for Werrington

A $10 million proposal to create 26 homes in Werrington has been received by Penrith Council.
Lendlease lodged the development application last month for the site on Chapman Street, close to Western Sydney University’s Werrington campus. The proposal is contingent on the approval of a larger staged subdivision proposal submitted by Lendlease to Council last year.
The latest proposal includes the subdivision of land into 26 torrens title residential lots and construction of 26 houses.
The assessment is underway.
