Stimson & Baker Planning lodged the $16 million proposal on behalf of the site’s owners. If approved, the hotel will include a fine dining restaurant, function room space, beer garden, cocktail bar and an external deck to provide patrons with views of the Nepean River.

Blake Cottel and Rob Wearn, two of the property’s owners, told the Penrith Press "This project represents our collective investment in the future of Penrith".
