With the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport set to open in 2026 and support 28,000 direct and indirect jobs by 2031, this is a vital opportunity for Penrith’s local female workforce.

The Aviation Job Skills Workshop is a fun, interactive day meeting and engaging with leading female Aviation role models, and a great opportunity to meet aviation employers and women from the industry in a relaxed setting.

The workshop is designed to share career pathways, training options and skill requirements, and job application tips for women on how to apply for aviation jobs. It provides a great insight into the amazing career opportunities that exist at Airports, including careers that do not require any formal qualifications to enter.
