New Wellness Precinct proposed for St Marys

A medical centre, veterinary hospital and specialised retail premises are among the businesses proposed in a new development application for St Marys.
The $4 million proposal by Home Co seeks to make alterations and additions to the former Masters site on Forrester Road North St Marys.
If approved, the Wellness Precinct would include a range of complementary health facilities along with a childcare centre and food kiosks.
The application claims “significant job creation would also be achieved through the proposal, as well as more diverse job and business opportunities”.
Council has received the application and assessment is underway.
