The population in Penrith New West is projected to reach 260,000 by 2036 which will see the construction of additional housing which leads to an increased demand for real estate agents. Additionally, the future Western Sydney International Airport and surrounding aerotropolis will see an increased demand for commercial agents.

TAFE NSW Head Teacher of Business and Property, Susan Huntington, said of the new course “Students will be equipped with the latest industry knowledge and practical skills they need to pursue employment opportunities in the sector at a time where skilled agents are in high demand.”

The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is open for semester 1, 2021 enrolments.
