New proposal for Oakdale South

Goodman has submitted two proposals to continue the development of their Oakdale South Industrial Estate.

The applications, submitted by Urbis on behalf of Goodman, seek development approval for the construction of 3 warehouses with a total of 4 tenancies, along with offices and associated access and landscaping.

The two sites in Kemps Creek are of a combined size of approximately 74 hectares, located approximately 8 kilometres from the future Western Sydney International Airport.

Several global companies have already committed other precincts within the Oakdale South Estate, including Toyota, Costco, Sigma Pharmaceuticals and DHL.

If approved, the two developments are estimated to cost a total of $51 million to construct. The assessment process is underway.
