Seven Storey Mixed Use Buildng

ADS Architects have submitted a $6.8 million proposal to Council to build a seven-storey mixed use building on Station Street, Penrith.

If approved, the development would combine three lots and include one storey of commercial use, 19 residential units and two stories of underground carparking over seven levels.

The site of the proposed development is within walking distance to City Park, which will deliver a vibrant, contemporary, and green open space in the heart of Penrith’s City Centre.

The assessment process is underway.
