Toga Group has submitted new plans for their previously approved Penway Place development in Penrith, demonstrating their confidence in the market.
The new $114 million proposal was lodged with Penrith City Council in late March and seeks to increase the number of apartments in stage one of the development.
The proposal includes two towers, the highest at 38 storeys, and consists of 356 apartments and approximately 993sqm of commercial space.
