60-unit residential development proposed for Penrith

Morson Architects have submitted a $15 million proposal to Council for a six-storey residential development in Penrith.
The proposed development would see the construction of two six-storey buildings at 16-24 Hope Street, Penrith, containing a total of 60 units and associated car parking.
The 3,000sqm site is within 500m of The Quarter, Penrith’s Health and Education Precinct.
The proposal was lodged with Council on 31 March 2020 and the assessment process has commenced.
