Think Planners have submitted a $7 million proposal to construct industrial units on the Great Western Highway, Werrington.
Council received the development application in early March which seeks to construct 34 industrial units and 62 associated car parking spaces. According to the application, the units will be targeted towards small business operators including small scale fabricators and light industries.
