The second stage of an approved concept development application for independent living apartments at 39 Jordan Springs Boulevard, Jordan Springs has been lodged with Penrith Council.
The $73.9 million development concept includes three, six storey seniors living apartment buildings comprising 139 units, communal facilities and 171 car parking spaces.
