Love Summer, Love Penrith

Love Summer, Love Penrith

This summer, Council partnered with Time Out Sydney and Out and About with Kids to run a summer marketing campaign with the tagline Love Summer, Love Penrith.

Children playing at Cables Aqua Park PenrithThe campaign included editorials, videos and digital display ads that ran in the lead-up to Christmas. The Love Summer, Love Penrith campaign aimed to promote Penrith, its attractions and dining options, and ran right up to the official end of summer on February 28.

Visitors and locals were invited to explore creative Penrith with a visit to the Penrith Regional Gallery – Home of the Lewers Bequest, catch a show at the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre, or head to one of Penrith’s great venues to soak up some tunes by local musicians.

Those looking for more of a rush could dive into adventurous Penrith by trying one of the many fantastic adrenaline-fueled activities like indoor sky diving, jet packing, or axe throwing.

Council’s Tourism team provides support to local businesses and operators to ensure Penrith’s attractions, eateries, accommodation and events are promoted to visitors and residents alike.
