Astina Suites, home of the popular Theo’s rooftop bar and Reset spa, was named a 2021 finalist in the Development of the Year – Hotel and Accommodation.

The 2022 award finalists were announced in late May. Rise Projects’ Leland Street, Penrith development was named a finalist in the industrial development category.

The development reactivated a 30-year-old site by refurbishing and upgrading two existing warehouses (recycling and reusing 98% of materials) and adding value with 18 new, boutique industrial units. Rise applied residential quality features and finishes to the development and supported local suppliers with a 100% commitment to Western Sydney businesses.

The winners of the 2022 awards will be announced in August.
