Penrith continues to be on the rise

The revitalisation of Penrith is well underway, and a recent video produced by the Penrith CBD Corporation illustrates the extent of investment in the City.

Penrith City Council and the Penrith CBD Corporation work collaboratively to advance and revitalise the Penrith City Centre. At the corporation’s annual Property Owners Night event in late 2021, they showcased a video that highlights the progress on a wide range of projects underway in the City.

Among the featured speakers was Penrith City Council General Manager Warwick Winn. Mr Winn talked to the progress made on Council-led projects including City Park and Regatta Park which are both in construction phase, and commercial projects in the City Centre such as 131 Henry and Soper Place.

“Council’s got a very ambitious and aspirational program going on in the city right now” said Mr Winn.

“Liveability and amenity is really what Penrith is all about”

The video also features speakers from a host of other organisations that are investing in Penrith including Western Sydney Airport, Astina Group, CABE Development, and Celestino.

The video is available to view below.
