The WSI Runway Run/Community Walk is a unique and exhilarating event designed to bring together the Penrith community for a day of fun, fitness and connection. This event is sold out, but the good news is that we've got 10 x Family Passes to giveaway for the event on 26 April 2026.

The Terms and Conditions outlined below provide important information regarding the giveaway for the Runway Run/ Community Walk event. By participating in this competition, you agree to adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all entrants.

Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter of this competition is Penrith City Council located at 601 High Street, Penrith, NSW, 2750. ABN 43 794 422 563 and WSI.

Eligibility

Entry is open to current residents of Penrith City Council of all ages. If you are under 18 years old at the time of entry, please seek permission from a parent or guardian.

How to Enter

To participate, submit your entries using one of the following methods between 5PM 26 March 2026 and 5 PM on 13 April 2026:

• Instagram: Follow us on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comment section during the entry period.
• Facebook: Follw us on Facebook, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comment section during the entry period.

One tag equals one entry. You can enter as many times as you like. Please note Council will never ask for payment information or contact you from any other account.

Once winners are selected and notified by Council, WSI will require full name, email address and contact number.
WSI/Elite Energy will then manage the full registration process directly with the winner.

Prizes

Ten eligible winners will be drawn. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry.
Each winner will receive:

• 1 x 'Family Pass'. A Family Pass to our community event covers 5–7 people (2 adults + 3–5 children).

Important Information

The Promoter’s decision regarding the competition is final and binding. If you are under 18, please include confirmation of parental consent with your entry. Submission of a post does not guarantee a prize. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram (@penrithcitycouncil), a reply comment on Facebook (penrithcitycouncil), or email by Wednesday 15 April 2026. Winners must respond within 3 days to claim their prize, or it will be forfeited.

The names, ages, and photos of the winners may be published on Penrith City Council’s website and social media pages.

All entries grant Penrith City Council permission for ongoing use, including potential publication and media purposes, credited to the entrant's original social media account.

Exclusions

Council staff and their families are welcome to participate.

Cancellation Policy

If this promotion is cancelled or cannot proceed as planned due to external factors, the Promoter reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in compliance with State Regulations.
