Saving the Flying-Fox with Georgina Kenyon
Author Georgina Kenyon presents an engaging session about one of Australia’s most fascinating and endangered animals – the flying-fox!
This is a great workshop for kids to learn more about these incredible bats and how they play an important role in keeping our forests healthy. Kids will learn how they can protect these precious creatures and ensure that our environment thrives.
The workshop includes 2 mini films.
We’ll be joined by Freddy Flying-Fox, the adorable puppet narrator from Georgina’s full-colour picture book, Saving the Flying-Fox.
Best suited for 7 to 10-year-olds. The workshop is free, but bookings are essential.
