Discover Your Family History

Are you curious about your family history but not sure where to begin? Join us for a beginner friendly workshop that introduces the basics of family history research. A Write Out West event.

You’ll learn how to get started, what records are available, where to find them and how to build your family tree with confidence. No prior experience is needed. Participants are encouraged to bring along any family history information they already have — such as names, dates, photographs or documents — to help you make the most of the session.

The workshop is free, but bookings are essential. Register for Discover Your Family History.
