  • Addressing a Council meeting

    Council holds one Ordinary Council meeting and one Policy Review Committee meeting each month, on average.

    Anyone can request permission to address a meeting about an issue or matter on the Agenda, providing the number of speakers is limited to 3 in support of any proposal and 3 against.

    Meetings are generally held on Monday nights with Ordinary Council meetings starting at 7pm in the Council Chambers, and Policy Review Committee meetings starting at 7pm on Level 1 of the Penrith City Council Civic Centre.     Council meetings must be conducted in accordance with Council's Code of Meeting Practice (pdf 917KB) which is based on the NSW Code.
