Council holds one Ordinary Council meeting and one Policy Review Committee meeting each month, on average.
Anyone can request permission to address a meeting about an issue or matter on the Agenda, providing the number of speakers is limited to 3 in support of any proposal and 3 against. Download the procedure and form for addressing a Council meeting (accessible pdf 96KB)
Meetings are generally held on Monday nights with Ordinary Council meetings starting at 7.30pm in the Council Chambers, and Policy Review Committee meetings starting at 7.00pm on Level 1 of the Penrith City Council Civic Centre. Find out about parking at the Civic Centre (pdf 937KB).
