Council Meetings

Addressing a Council meeting

Council holds one Ordinary Council meeting and one Policy Review Committee meeting each month, on average.

Anyone can request permission to address a meeting about an issue or matter on the Agenda, providing the number of speakers is limited to 3 in support of any proposal and 3 against.

Download the procedure and form for addressing a Council meeting.

Meetings are generally held on Monday nights with Ordinary Council meetings starting at 7pm in the Council Chambers, and Policy Review Committee meetings starting at 7pm on Level 1 of the Penrith City Council Civic Centre. View the Penrith City Centre Parking Map for details on car park locations and time restrictions.
