    The Development Application (DA) tracker service allows you to view and track the progress from lodgement to determination of:

    • Development applications
    • Construction certificates
    • Complying development applications

    It allows you to see key milestones in the process, including the current status, and provides access to publicly available plans and documentation. The tracker provides for submissions/comments to be lodged online for applications which are currently on exhibition.

    Council accepts online bookings until 3pm or until 4pm if booked by phone on  4732 7991 for inspections the following day.  We don't inspect on weekends or public holidays. Extra notice is needed for older files, which may be archived.

St Marys Library and Customer Service Counter has reopened

The Council Customer Service Office and Library on Queen Street, St Marys has reopened!

Council’s Customer Service team and Library will be open as normal, from 9am Wednesday 21 March. The Library has a small collection of books, audio books and DVDs available to borrow, as well as Wi-Fi, internet access and computers for the public to use. Printing and photocopying are also available.
