Council is in a unique position to foster networks within and between individuals
and organisations in the community and develop sustainable, participative
partnerships.
Council has an opportunity to provide residents with the ability to interact
and capacity build on a range of issues. Council is involved with a broad
range of stakeholders and interest groups and holds a valuable position
within the community from which coordination of target groups and development
of strategic alliances is possible.
