What does this mean for the Sustainability of Penrith Council?Providing a healthy and safe work environment is a key priority for Council, however Council management cannot provide this in isolation. Employees have a responsibility to be aware of and involved in maintaining and developing a health and safety culture. Council can encourage this through providing opportunities for staff to participate in improving OH&S in the workplace. Links to other indicators?Case Study - Ranger's service recognised with award
