human rights screening.
What does this mean for the Sustainability of Penrith Council?
Sustainability is the protection and management of economic, social and environmental
facets. Improved economic performance should not be at the expense of an
individuals human rights. Council has a role in protecting the rights of
its employees as well as those it indirectly employs.
