From live performances by Wes Carr and Jelly Bean Jam to the Smurfs Character Show, this is truly an all-ages event.
Catch the Smurf-Tacular Adventure Show and watch as the Smurfs set out for NYC to appear on the top rating show 'New Yorks' Got Talent'. Families will also have the chance to meet and greet the Smurfs and take photos with their favourite characters.
The SIMS Metal Management Extreme FMX & Aquatic Ski Shows will have thrill seekers on the edge of their seats as Australia’s premier wakeboarders and water-skiers perform back flips, pyramids and stunts that will leave you gasping. Back on land, be prepared to be blown away by the extreme FMX champions as they clear jumps and perform tricks and flips. One lucky person will also win a Yamaha jet ski valued at $12,000, thanks to SIMS Metal Management.
Be sure to cheer along two trampolinist Josh and Mobs who will be representing Australia at the world titles, watch them perform high flying syncronised jump routines and watch them compete in a male vs female flip off competition – see who can do the most flips in 60 secs.
Pay tribute to our local 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Athletes and give them a traditional Aussie send off, wishing them luck for our Nation and for Penrith.
Local resident Shane Vella, 6 times Australian F1 champion, will wow crowds with high speeds up to 200km per hour during the live F1 & F2 Superboats demonstration.
Deliciously tasty, full flavoured hits of yesteryear combined with scrumptious
servings of current chart fillers have given Jellybean Jam a recipe for success and has established them as Australia's hardest working party act since 1993. Come along and sing to the most memorable party tunes with Jellybean Jam.
Fans can also get excited about singer-songwriter and 2008 Australian Idol winner Wes Carr performing live.
Finally, the ‘Australia Day Spectacular’ proudly presented by Endeavour Energy will be an amazing visual extravaganza on the water featuring digital effects and artistic water performances, all choreographed to music culminating into a spectacular lighting and fireworks display.
